About the Role:
We are looking for a Student Care Intern who will be the first point of contact for students seeking support. The role involves handling student queries, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring a positive student experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student queries through calls, chats, and emails.
- Understand concerns and provide accurate resolutions within the defined TAT.
- Take ownership of issues and ensure closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams and escalate issues when required.
- Meet quality, productivity, and service metrics consistently.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers can apply.
- Prior customer support or call-handling experience is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Mandatory Languages: English and Tamil
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work remotely.
